1. Food and Beverage Services
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes in F & B Services NC II in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic, common and core competence required in the delivery of food and beverage service in various foodservice facilities. Core competencies include preparing the dining room for service, welcoming guests and taking food and beverage orders, promoting food and beverage products, providing food and beverage service to guests, providing room service and receiving and handling guest concerns.
2. House Keeping NC II
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of housekeeping staff in housekeeping services, such as preparing guest’s rooms, providing valet/butler service, laundering linen and guest’s clothes, cleaning premises and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
1. Electrical Installations and Maintenance
This course is designed to equip individuals with operational skills in Electrical & Maintenance NC Level II particularly in installing and maintaining electrical wiring, lightning and related equipment/systems in residential houses/buildings where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts.
2. Electronic Parts Assembly and Servicing
This course is designed to develop & enhance the knowledge, skills & attitudes of an Electronic Products, Technician, in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic and common competencies such as Assembling Electronic Products, fabricating PCB modules and installing and servicing consumer and industrial electronic products and systems.
3. Automotive Servicing
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge skills and attitudes of an individual in the field of automotive servicing in accordance with industry standards. It covers specialized competencies such as Service Automotive Battery, Service Ignition System, test and repair wiring / Lighting System, Per Under Chassis Preventive Maintenance, Perform Shop Maintenance. Repair Clutch System, service and repair differential and front axle, Service steering system, Overhaul Manual Transmission, Service Brake System, Repair Suspension System Repair Suspension System. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.
4. Domestic Ref and Air-Con Servicing
This course is designed to equip individual with operational skills in RAC Servicing namely; installs, services and maintains, troubleshoots and repairs Domestic Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (Dom/RAC) units. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.
